高职学生干部精细化培养路径探究

Exploration on the Fine Training Path for Higher Vocational Student Cadres

学生干部是青年学生的骨干力量、核心群体,在思想政治教育、学生自我管理和群团组织建设中发挥着桥梁和纽带的作用。通过对精细化管理理念的研究,创新性地提出学生干部精细化培养的思路,以学生干部素质提升体系、能力提升体系和管理提升体系为主线,探究高职院校学生干部精细化培养的实现路径,以期为学生干部培养提供一定的参考。

Student cadres are the backbone and core group of young students, and play a bridge and link role in ideological and political education, students’ self-management and group organization construction. Based on the study of the fine management concept, this paper innovatively puts forward the thought of fine training of student cadres. Taking the system of improving the quality, ability and management of student cadres as the main line, this paper constructs the realization path of fine training of student cadres in higher vocational colleges in order to provide reference for the training of student cadres.
