现代班组长办学理念下品牌学生干部培养研究

Research on the Cultivation of Brand Student Cadres Under the Perspective of Modern Class Leaders

结合自身办学特色,开展品牌学生干部的培养,有助于提升高职学生的核心能力和综合竞争力,进而促进高职院校自身的可持续发展。从江阴职业技术学院"现代班组长"办学理念出发,深入剖析品牌学生干部培养对学院办学理念和内涵建设的重要作用,指出当前品牌学生干部培养中存在的问题,探讨品牌学生干部培养的创新举措。

Carrying out the training of brand student cadres in combination with their own school-running characteristics will help to enhance the core competence and comprehensive competitiveness of students in higher vocational colleges, as well as the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges themselves. Starting from the school-running idea of ' modern class leader' of Jiangyin Polytechnic College, this paper deeply analyzes the important role of brand student cadre training in school-running idea and connotation construction, points out the problems existing in the training of brand student cadres, and discusses the innovative measures for cultivating brand student cadres.
