Research on the Connotation Construction of Professional Groups in Higher Vocational Colleges Under the Concept of Synergy

高职院校专业群内涵建设对推进高职院校的资源共享,提高全国高职院校专业建设的整体水平具有十分重要的意义。在对高职院校专业群内涵建设进行解析的基础上,从培养专业群人才、"双导师"型教学队伍建设、建立开放式实训基地,及教学资源共享等方面,对高职院校专业群内涵建设的路径进行探究,以切实提升学生的综合能力以及就业率,促进高职院校的发展。

The connotation construction of professional groups in higher vocational colleges is of great significance for promoting the resource sharing of higher vocational colleges and improving the overall level of professional construction in higher vocational colleges nationwide. On the basis of analyzing the connotation construction of professional groups in higher vocational colleges, this paper explores the path of the connotation construction of the professional group in higher vocational colleges from the aspects of training of professional group talents, the construction of ' double tutor' type teaching team, the establishment of an open training base,and the sharing of teaching resources, so as to effectively improve the students’ comprehensive ability and employment rate and promote the development of higher vocational colleges.
