摘要
采用氧化石墨烯(GO)和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)对聚四氟乙烯(PVDF)超滤膜进行改性,以阳离子染料罗丹明B和阴离子染料刚果红为模型染料,研究GO添加量和pH、染料和NaCl含量对改性膜截留性能的影响。结果表明,GO添加质量分数为0.5%时,染料截留效果最好。高染料含量和高NaCl含量有利于提高膜对2种染料截留率,当染料的质量浓度50 mg/L、NaCl浓度为1 mol/L时,截留率分别达到75.2%和87.4%。pH对2种染料截留率有着相反的效果,低pH有利于提高膜对罗丹明B的截留率,高pH提高膜对刚果红的截留率。
The PVDF ultrafiltration membrane was modified with graphene oxide (GO) and polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP). Cationic dye rhodamine B and anionic dye Congo red as model dyes, the effect of GO dosage, pH, dye content and NaC1 content on the rejection performance of modified membrane were investigated. The results showed that, the dyes rejection was the best when the mass concentration of GO dosage was 0.5%. The high dye content and high NaC1 content were helpful to enhance the rejection of dyes, the rejection rate of two dyes reached 75.2% and 87.4% respectively when the mass concentration of dye was 50 mg/L and concentration of NaC1 was 1 mol/L, pH had the opposite effect on the rejection of two dyes, low pH was beneficial to increase the rejection of Rhodamine B, and high pH increased the rejection of Congo red.
