摘要
以武汉某水厂原水为对象进行中试,采用聚合氯化铝(PAC)作为混凝剂,以浊度、叶绿素a(Chl-a)、UV254为指标考察紫外光(UV)-过硫酸钠(PS)预氧化强化混凝的效果,并优化运行工况。结果表明,UV-PS相对于单独UV和单独PS具有更好的强化效果;并且在PAC、PS投加量分别为80、60 mg/L,UV辐照度为340μW/cm2,预氧化时间为9 min时,强化混凝效果较好,该条件下沉淀池出水浊度、Chl-a的质量浓度和UV254最低可达2.57 NTU、9.89μg/L和0.009 5 cm-1。
A pilot scale test was carried out, using raw water of certain water works in Wuhan as the object, polyaluminium chloride (PAC) as coagulant, the coagulation improvement efficiency by UV-Sodium Persulfate preoxidation was studied with turbidity, chlorophyll a (Chl-a) and UV254 as the indexes to confirm the optimal operation conditions. The results showed that, the improvement of coagulation by UV-PS preoxidation was much better than either single PS or UV preoxidation. The improved coagulation effect was well when PAC dosage, PS dosage, UV irradiance and preoxidation time was 80 mg/L, 60 mg/L, 340 μW/cm2 and 9 min, respectively. In this conditions, the lowest of turbidity, Chl-a mass concentration and UV254 in effluent could reach 2.57 NTU ,9.89 μg/L and 0.009 5 cm-1, respectively.
