摘要 介绍了磁混凝澄清工艺的原理及技术特点,在常规混凝工艺中投加磁粉,磁粉与絮体结合加大了混凝絮体密度,加快了絮体的沉降速度。台州市某污水处理厂提标改造工程采用磁混凝澄清工艺,处理生化二沉池出水。实际运行结果表明,该工艺运行稳定可靠,出水SS、TP的质量浓度分别≤10、≤0.3 mg/L,各项指标满足GB 3838-2002地表水准IV类标准,运行成本仅0.189元/t,非常适合于城市污水厂提标。 The principle and characteristics of the CoaMag was introduced, magnetic powder was added in a general coagulation process, the combination of magnetic powder and floc increased the floe density, which accelerated the settling velocity of the floe. The magnetic coagulation clarification technology was used in the upgrading and reconstruction of Taizhou sewage treatment plant, to treat biochemical secondary sedimentation tank effluent. Actual operation results showed that the combined process was stable and reliable, and the mass concentration of SS and TP in effluent was less than 10 and 0.3 mg/L respectively, various indexes met the surface water quasi IV standard of GB 3838--2002, and the operation cost was only 0.189 yuan/t, which was especially suitable for upgrading of mtmicipal sewage plant.
