Thermal Analysis and Research of Permanent Magnet Brushless Motor Based on Hybrid Electric Vehicle Application

摘要 本文基于电磁学和传热学理论,以2010 Prius混合动力电动汽车永磁无刷电机为对象,通过时步有限元法对目标电机进行损耗热源的分析计算,基于等效热路法仿真计算出目标电机的稳态以及瞬态温升。取三种工况下的瞬态温度仿真数据与试验结果进行比较,二者结果基本吻合,证明了计算方法的正确性,达到预测电机温升的目的。本文验证了通过上述方法对目标电机温升计算和冷却系统设计的可行性,在某种程度上为新型永磁无刷电机的热设计提供了依据。 Based on the model of brushless permanent magnet motor of 2010 Prius hybrid electric vehicle, the thermal analysis has been carried out using electromagnetic and heat transfer theory. The time stepping finite element method has been used to calculate and analyze the heat loss of the target motor, and then the steady and transient state temperature rise of the target motor is simulated by software based on the equivalent thermal circuit method. The transient temperature simulation data under three working conditions have been compared with the experimental results, and the simulation data agree well with the experimental data. The analysis shows that the method used in this paper can be used to predict the motor temperature rise and verifies the feasibility of using this method in the thermal design and cooling system design. Therefore, this method provided the basis for the thermal design of new high speed brushless permanent magnet motor.
