摘要
选取磁性天然铁矿石作为燃煤烟气中的汞吸附剂,采用XRD、BET、XRF和VSM表征方法对天然铁矿石的物理化学特性进行表征,在模拟烟气下采用固定床反应器研究铁矿石的脱汞性能、吸附反应机理和循环再生性能。结果表明:在低温时天然铁矿石吸附剂具有90%以上的脱汞效率,100℃时脱汞效率最佳,达到96.67%.汞在铁矿石表面的吸附方式主要是化学吸附,生成的汞形态主要是HgCl_2和HgO。10次吸附-循环再生中脱汞效率均在80%以上。
Magnetic and natural iron ore was developed as the sorbent for mercury removal in coal-fired flue gas. The physical and chemical characteristics were investigated using X-ray diffraction (XRD), Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET), X-ray fluorescence (XRF) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). The mercury removal performance, reaction mechanism and regeneration performance were studied in the fixed-bed reactor under simulated flue gas. The results suggest that the mercury removal efficiency of natural iron ore is more than 90% at low temperature and attains 96.67% at the optimal temperature of 100℃. Hg0is chemically adsorbed on the surface of iron ore, forming HgCl2 and HgO on the surface. The mercury removal efficiency during 10 cycles of Hg0 adsorption and regeneration are all more than 80%.
