医疗机构药学服务的影响因素与“吹哨人”模型构建

Influencing factors of pharmaceutical care in medical institutions and construction of “The Whistler” model

目的:针对我国药学服务体系逐步完善,但依然存在药师的处方审核、用药指导和不良反应监测等药学服务工作落实不到位的问题,从分析影响医疗机构药学服务开展的因素出发提出合理解决此问题的有效建议。方法:通过质性研究方式展开剖析影响医疗机构药学服务开展的关键因素。结果:通过质性研究的深入访谈发现,影响药学服务开展的因素主要为政策制度、药学服务观念和药学服务水平因素,基于此通过构建药学服务"吹哨人"模型,完善药学服务管理体系。结论:医疗机构可以结合自身药学工作实践环境,建立以"吹哨人"模型为基础的药学服务体系,以推进药师的相关药学服务工作职责和权利的落实,在一定程度上保障药学服务的提供,提升药学服务水平。

OBJECTIVE To analyze the factors affecting the development of pharmaceutical care in medical institutions to give possible solutions for the incomplete implementation of pharmacist prescription review,medication guidance and adverse drug reaction monitoring and other pharmacy service work.METHODS Qualitative research method was adopted to analyze the key factors affecting the development of pharmaceutical care in medical institutions.RESULTS The factors affecting the development of pharmacy services were imperfection of policy systems,outdatedness of pharmacy service concepts,and inaccessibility of quality pharmacy service.Based on the discovery of this qualitative research,＂The Whistler＂model was designed improve the management of pharmacy service.CONCLUSION Medical institutions are suggested to establish＂The Whistler＂model based on its pharmacy work practice environment so as to guarantee the quality provision of pharmaceutical care and provide better pharmaceutical care.
