含储能的电力电子变压器拓扑及控制策略研究 被引量:16

摘要 为实现电力电子变压器端口间功率解耦,提出了一种含储能系统的电力电子变压器(energy storage system-power electronic transformer,ESS-PET)拓扑,与传统的电力电子变压器相比,它可以实现各端口功率独立控制,实现变压器端口间功率解耦。同时,标准模块化设计,易于实现后期的端口拓展与系统冗余,进而提高系统的运行性能。文中首先对所提拓扑结构与工作原理进行详细的论述;在此基础上,设计了相应的主从控制策略保证了系统的有效运行;最后通过仿真及实验验证ESS-PET的性能。结果表明,该拓扑可以实现不同端口间的功率解耦,同时,能够实现对储能单元功率的合理分配。 In order to realize power decoupling between power electronic transformer ports, this paper presents a topology of power electronic transformer with energy storage system( ESS-PET). Compared with traditional power electronic transformer, it can realize independent control of the power of each port and power decoupling between the transformer ports. At the same time, standard modular design makes it easy to implement port expansion and system redundancy in later period, thus improving operating performance of the system. In this paper, firstly, the ESS-PET topology and working principle are discussed. Based on this, corresponding master-slave control strategy is designed to ensure effective operation of the system. Finally, ESS-PET performance is verified with simulation and experiment. Results show that the topology can realize power decoupling between different ports and reasonable power allocation of energy storage units.
