计及需求响应的风电并网系统节点可靠性评估及需求响应项目优先级排序 被引量:9

摘要 从节点的角度出发,以提高风电并网系统可靠性与经济性为目标,提出计及需求响应的风电并网系统节点可靠性评估方法,并对需求响应项目组合的优先级进行排序。首先,建立了用户需求响应负荷模型;其次,利用层次分析法构建需求响应项目组合优先级层次结构模型;再次,基于序贯蒙特卡洛模拟法采用分段最优潮流法分别从整体、节点的角度评估需求响应项目组合对风电并网系统短期可靠性的影响;最后,在改进IEEE-RTS79测试系统中对文中所提方法进行了验证,算例结果表明需求响应项目能有效提高系统可靠性,降低系统成本;同时,需求响应项目组合优先级排序结果进一步表明节点可靠性评估方法评估结果更加准确,优于整体可靠性评估方法。 In order to enhance reliability and economy of wind integrated power system from nodal viewpoint, a method of nodal reliability evaluation and prioritization of demand response(DR) program portfolios in wind integrated power system considering demand response was presented. Firstly, a user demand response load model was established. Secondly, analytic hierarchy process was employed to construct hierarchical structure model of demand response portfolios. Furthermore, based on sequential Monte Carlo simulation method, a multi-segment optimal power flow approach was developed to evaluate effect of DR program portfolios on short-term reliability of wind integrated power system from global and nodal perspective. At length, effectiveness and rationality of the models and method were proved in modified IEEE-RTS79 test system. Results show that the DR programs can effectively improve system reliability and reduce cost. According to prioritization results of the demand response program portfolios, evaluation result of the node reliability evaluation method was more accurate than global method. It further indicated superiority of the method of nodal evaluation and prioritization of DR programs to improve reliability and economy over the global method.
