摘要 提升工业能源利用效率已成为节能减排和应对气候变化的重要手段。基于全要素能源效率的视角,从工业部门及区域两个层面对工业能源效率的主要研究对象进行分析,总结了工业全要素能源效率的收敛效应、替代效应、回弹效应等10个特征,评述了测度工业能源效率的非参数前沿分析法、Malmqusit指数分析法和随机前沿分析法,从社会因素和自然环境因素两个方面归纳了影响工业全要素能源效率的结构因素、制度因素、技术因素、发展状态因素和市场因素,并提出了工业全要素能源效率若干需要研究的问题。 To improve industrial energy efficiency has become an important means of energy-saving, emission abatement and addressing climate change. From the angle of total factor energy efficiency (TFEE), the main research objects of industrial energy efficiency were analyzed, including TFEE of industrial sectors and regional industrial TFEE. Then, ten characteristics of the industrial TFEE, for instance, the convergence effect, the substitution effect and the rebound effect, etc., were summarized. Moreover, the paper reviewed the methods measuring the industrialenergy efficiency including non parametric frontier analysis, Malmqusit index and stochastic frontier analysis. From the aspects of social and natural factors, the industrial TFEE's influencing factors of structure, system or institution, technique, development status and market are surveyed. Lastly, this paper proposed several issues of industrial TFEE that need to be studied.
