我国低碳技术成果转化影响因素研究——基于主成分分析的实证研究 被引量:5

摘要 低碳技术作为一门高新技术,从研发、推广到应用的过程都离不开政府、科研机构、企业等多方共同努力,现阶段我国低碳技术成果转化率低,企业作为市场经济的主体,在低碳技术的研发、推广及应用方面还存在诸多困难。文章通过问卷调查的方式对转化低碳技术成果的企业开展调查,拟从政府、科研院校、企业、中介及市场五个维度建立测量指标,观测企业低碳技术成果转化效果的影响因素,运用主成分分析法对企业在低碳技术成果转化过程中的关键因素进行提取,以期找出企业转化低碳技术成果过程中存在的问题,并提出对策和建议。 Low carbon technology, as a new and high technology, from research and development, promotion to application, cannot be separated from the government, scientific research institutions, enterprises and other parties working together. At this stage, China's low-carbon technology achievements have low conversion rate, and enterprises as the mainstay of the market economy, there are still many difficulties in the development, promotion and application of low-carbon technologies. The article investigates the enterprises that transform low-carbon technology results through questionnaire survey, and plans to establish measurement indicators from five dimensions: government, research institutes, enterprises, intermediaries and markets, and observes the influencing factors of the transformation effect of low-carbon technology achievements. The principal component analysis method extracts the key factors of the enterprise in the process of low-carbon technology achievement transformation, in order to find out the problems existing in the process of transforming low-carbon technology achievements, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
