摘要
文章对我国战略新兴产业的绿色技术创新及其影响因素进行了系统分析。研究发现,我国战略新兴产业的绿色技术创新仍然较低,且呈现出反“S”型的变动趋势,这与技术水平的变动密切相关,说明我国战略新兴产业仍然处于技术的引进和模仿阶段,自主创新能力较差。进一步的研究发现,我国战略新兴产业的绿色技术创新具有显著的空间正向溢出效应,并且固定资产投资对于绿色技术创新的提高具有显著的促进作用,但是研发费用支出的影响为负,研发从业人员的影响也不显著,所以随着新设备的引进以及“干中学”的持续,我国战略新兴产业的技术效率会得以显著提升,从而明显优于其技术水平的变化。
This paper systematically analyzes the emerging industries' green technical innovation as well as their affecting factors in China. It is found that the emerging industries' green technical innovation is still very low. What's more, its change embodies the reversed "S" shape, which is closely related to the change of technical level change. And this implies that the emerging industries whose capability of independent innovation is weak are still standing in the period stage of techniques introduction and imitation. Further research finds that the emerging industries' green technical innovation has a significant spatial spillover effect. Although the investment can accelerate the green technical innovation significantly, yet the effect of R&D cost does harm to the innovation and the R&D labor's effect is insignificant. So as the new equipment is introduced and the process of "learning by doing" keeps on, the technical efficiency of China's strategic emerging industries will improve evidently, which is much better than the change of technical level.
