新视角下云南省“个开蒙”区域产业链升级路径研究 被引量:1

摘要 云南省个旧、开远和蒙自区域,处于国家面向东南亚、南亚“一带一路”建设的重要通道,发展中面临资源和生态环境、传统产业转型升级等的压力。文章将“微笑曲线”模型量化,拓展应用于原材料型产业链价值增值分析;并结合从区域资源“态”和“势”视角,采用Shannon-Wiener指数计算产业生态位宽度,研究区域资源“态势”对产业的支撑力。在此基础上,探讨产业链升级路径。结果表明:个开蒙区域四条主要产业链短且不完整,产业价值链的高附加价值环节薄弱,产业增值空间小等;今后应按照“全区一盘棋”的思路,充分利用并培育区域“战略性资源”。通过各产业价值链环节的完善以及向产业增值空间大的方向进行延伸,引入关联产业配套发展等,实现产业链升级。 The Gejiu, Kaiyuan, Mengzi area, which are located in Honghe County, Yunnan Province, are the main artery of "The Belt and Road" to Southeast Asia and South Asia countries. This area is facing pressure from the natural resources and ecological environment. To analyze the upgrading path of industrial chain, this article quantifies the smile curve model, which can expand and apply to the value-added analysis of raw material chain. We combine the perspective of regional resources with "state" and "potential", use Shannon-Wiener index to calculate the industry niche width, analyze the support capability of regional resources "state" and "potential" for the industry. The results show that the four main industrial chains are short and incomplete, and the high value-added link of industrial value chain is weak, the industrial value-added space is small. So, in the future, the upgrading of the industrial chain can be achieved by following the rules of "a plate of chess in the whole area", making full use of the cultivating "strategic resources", completing the industrial value chain and extending towards the larger value-added space, and then introducing the related industry to complete the production.
