生态文明视域下雄安新区及其周边区域生态经济耦合协调分析

Analysis on Coupling Eco-Economic Coordination of Xiong’an New District and Its Surrounding Areas from the Perspective of Ecological Civilization

文章以雄安新区及其周边3个城市为例,运用熵值法和耦合协调模型对2009—2016年所研究区域生态经济系统的耦合协调度及其演变进行综合分析,提出未来研究区域生态经济发展指导建议。研究表明：（1）2009—2016年,雄安新区及其周边3个城市耦合度C的平均值在0.7～0.85范围内,整体上属于磨合阶段;而耦合协调度D的均值位于0.4～0.5范围内,总体上属于濒临失调阶段;并且二者在总体上略呈下降趋势;（2）经过8年的演变,雄安新区及其周边3个城市耦合协调度的等级分布更为集中,基本处于勉强协调阶段,生态经济发展均属于低和谐型,缺乏良好协调型城市和优质协调型城市。

Taking Xiong＇an new district and its surrounding 3 cities as examples, this paper uses the entropy method and coupled coordination model to comprehensively analyze the coupling coordination degree and its evolution of the eco- economic system in the study area from 2009 to 2016, and proposes the future research guidelines for regional ecological economic development. The results show that：（1） In 2009-2016, the average value of the coupling degree D of the Xiong＇an new district and its surrounding 3 cities is between 0.7 and 0.85, which belongs to the running-in stage on the whole, and the mean value of the coupling coordination degree D is between 0.4 and 0.5, which belongs to the stage of dysfunction, and the two are slightly declining in general. （2） After eight years of development, the distribution of coupling coordination degree of the Xiong＇an new district and its surrounding 3cities are more concentrated, basically in the stage of lower coordination. Eco-economic development totally belongs to a low-harmony type, a lacks harmony and a high quality coordinated city.
