摘要
【目的】综合评估视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP)水平与非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)的关系。【方法】计算机检索PubMed、WebofScience、Cochrane图书馆、中国知网、中国生物医学文献数据库、维普期刊资源整合服务平台和万方数据知识服务平台,收集有关血清RBP水平与NAFLD关系的病例对照研究,检索时限为从各数据库建库至2017年12月。由2名研究人员独立提取资料并评价纳入文献的质量,采用RevMan5.3软件进行Meta分析。【结果】共纳入14篇文献,NAFLD患者(观察组)血清RBP水平高于非NAFLD患者,即对照组患者(SMD-0.96,95%CI:0.63-1.28,Pd0.05)。亚组分析显示,合并2型糖尿病的患者中观察组的RBP水平高于对照组(SMD-0.70,95%CI:0.42-0.97,P〈0.001);≥18岁患者RBP水平高于对照组(SMD-0.82,95%CI:0.55-l109,P〈0.001),而年龄〈18岁患者的RBP水平与对照组差异无统计学意义(SMD-1.68,95%CI:-0.22-3.59,P=0.08)。敏感性分析与发表偏倚分析表明研究结果稳定、无明显发表偏倚。【结论】118岁以上成人NAFLD患者血清RBP水平高于非NAFLD者。
Objective To evaluate the association between retinol binding protein (RBP) and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD).[Methods]A document retrieval was conducted by retrieval systems, including PubMed,Web of Science, Cochrane Library, Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), CBM, VIP and Wan Fang Database, to collect the published papers of case-control studies on the theme of association be- tween serum RBP and NAFLD up to Dec. 2017.Data collection and quality assessment were performed by two authors, respectively.All the recta-analysis were conducted with software RevMan 5.3.[Results]A total of 14 qualified studies were included in the meta-analysis.The analysis showed that serum RBP might be significantly higher in patients with NAFLD than non-NAFLD patients (SMD= 0.96,95% CI.. 0.63 〈 1.28, P 〈0.05) o Clinical subtype specific subgroup analysis showed that RI3P might be higher in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and NAFLD than non-NAFLD patients (SMD= 0.70,95 % CI : 0.42 〈 0.97, P〈0. 001 ). Age specific subgroup analysis showed the RBP might be higher in patient aged 〈18y than the control (SMD=0.82,95% CI:0.55〈 1.09, P 〈0.001), while difference between patient and control aged ≥18y were insignificant (SMD = 1.68,95 〈 CI : - 0.22 〈 3.59, P = 0.08). Sensitivity and publication bias analyses indicated that our results were stable and without obvious publication bias.[Conclusion] The meta-analysis shows that serum RBP might be higher in patients aged ≥18y with NAFLD than non-NAFLD patients.
