精密测距仪精度测试与修正

摘要 DL1000精密测距仪为苏州第一光学仪器厂生产的一款近距离测距仪,其采用相位法测距原理,在配合使用其合作目标时,0.05—10m范围内测距精度优于0.3mm。本文在测试其测距范围和内符合精度的基础上,利用双频干涉仪检校系统对其外符合精度进行了检定与分析。而后通过拟合和内插的方法建立了偏差修正模型,进一步提高其测量精度。实验结果表明,经过修正后的测距精度可达0.1mm。 DL1000 precision rangefinder is a short - range rangefinder produced by Suzhou No. 1 Optical Instrument Factory. It adopts the range principle of phase method. When it is used in combination with its cooperative target, the accuracy of distance measurement within the range of 0.05 - 10m is better than 0. 3mm. In this paper, on the basis of measuring range and inner accord accuracy, the external conformance accuracy is verified and analyzed using dual-frequency interferometer. Then the error correction model is established by fitting and interpolation, and the measurement accuracy is further improved. The results show that the corrected range accuracy can achieve 0. 1 mm.
