智能化服务是图书馆发展的重要方向,机器人技术作为当前最为先进的智能化技术之一,将会极大提高图书馆服务水平。文章从图书馆发展中面临的问题着手,分析了智能化机器人在图书馆服务中应用的必要性,阐述了其在实际应用过程中所能够提供的主要功能和显著特点,总结了可能存在的主要问题,并提出了智能化机器人在图书馆服务创新中的对策建议。

Intelligent service is an important direction of library development. As one of the most advanced intelligent technologies, robot technology will greatly improve the service level of library. Starting from the problems in the development of library, this paper analyzed the necessity of applying intelligent robot in library service, expounded its main functions and remarkable characteristics in the process of practical application, summarized the main existing problems, and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions of intelligent robot in library service innovation.
