摘要 井下定向钻进技术具有有效距离长、钻进效率高、可多分支探测、精度高等特点,较常规回转钻进工艺具有明显优势,因此,井下定向钻进技术已被广泛应用于煤矿地质防治水工作中。神东煤炭集团于2010年开始引进千米定向钻机,先后在大柳塔、补连塔、哈拉沟、石圪台、保德、柳塔等矿井组织实施了采空区水、松散层水探放、冲刷带探测、采空区边界探查、井下物探异常区验证等井下定向钻进工程,效果良好,丰富和完善了矿井地质构造探查、水害隐患治理手段,及时对矿井地质及水文地质情况进行了有效探查。 The practice shows that there are several advantages of directional drilling technology compared with rotary drilling, such as long effective distance, high drilling efficiency, multi-branch detection and high precision. Thus directional drilling technology has been widely applied in coal mining water prevention. Shendong Coal Group has introduced kilometer directional rig since 2010, which has been used for drainage water in goal and loosen layer water, exploration of erosion zones and gob edge, verification of physical prospecting unusual area in Daliuta, Bulianta, Halagou, Shigetai, Baode, and Liuta mine. It got good effect, and also enriched and improved exploration of geologic structure and control of water disaster. Effective exploration of mine geology and hydro-geological conditions are carried out timely, which eliminates water hazards in advance. It provided a strong guarantee for mine safety and high efficiency production.
