炭纤维复丝拉伸弹性模量测试影响因素的研究 被引量:2

Study on the influence factors of carbon fiber tensile elastic modules test

摘要 炭纤维作为结构材料应用时,其力学性能直观地反映了材料的优劣。而目前国内外所采用的测试标准在测试操作条件方面的规定都较为宽泛,不同的操作条件对CF的力学性能有较大的影响。本文以高强型CF(T300、T700及T800)、高模型CF(M40)及高强高模型CF(M40J及M60J)为研究对象,探讨了数据处理方法和样品含胶量对CF拉伸弹性模量的影响。结果表明,计算方法对CF拉伸弹性模量有影响,其中采用杨氏模量计算时,随着分区数目的增加得到的拉伸弹性模量增大。样品含胶量的变化对CF拉伸弹性模量略有影响,实验范围内样品含胶量越多,CF拉伸弹性模量越高。 When carbon fibers (CF) are applied as structural materials, their mechanical properties directly reflect the merits of the materials. The test standards which were adopted at home and abroad are relatively broad in the test requirements with respect to the operating conditions, and different test conditions lead to different results. The effect of the data processing method and resin content on the tensile elastic modules of the high-strength CF (T300,T700,T800), high-modulus CF( M40 ), and high-strength high- modulus CF ( M40J, M60J ) samples were investigated in this paper. The results show that the different methods of computation have an influence on the CF tensile modulus. When young's modulus is used to calculate the elastic modulus, the CF elastic modulus increases with the increase of the zone number between the strain limit values. Besides, the resin content of samples also has slight effect on CF tensile modules, the CF tensile modules increases with the increase of resin content of CF samples.
