摘要
基于对美国院校研究协会主办的《院校研究新动向》(1974-2017年)的考察可以发现,美国院校研究问题域的范畴从20世纪70年代以来发生了变化:学生地位从"边缘"向"中心"的递进使院校研究的教育属性更加突出;教师使命从"职业"向"学术职业"的转变使育人导向愈发鲜明;从经济拮据时代对资源本体的关注转向治理理念下对资源潜能的开发;治理理念的出现使大学从注重系统内部的组织发展转向系统之间的互联互通;公共问责促进院校从"关注内涵"向"内涵式发展"转变。
Based on the articles published on New Directions for Institutional Research(1974-2017),it found that the change of students status from "marginal"to"central"made the educational attributes of institution research more distinct;the transformation of faculty mission from "professional"to "academic career"made the orientation of cultivation more strong;the focus of resource constraints in the era of economic constraints transited to the development of resource potential under the era of governance;comprehensive governance shifted the university from focusing on the internal organization of the system to the interconnection between the systems;and public accountability as a source of capacity,gradually promoted the university from "concern of connotation"to"connotational development".
