摘要
提出了一种利用Anycasting软件进行充型模拟、利用Fluent软件进行凝固模拟的数值预测方法,数值计算了埋管铸造工艺预埋管外壁固定点在充型、凝固阶段的温度变化,并与试验测试值进行了对比,结果表明,采用不同软件得到的各阶段计算温度与试验测试温度吻合良好,数值计算结果可信。为了充分验证这种数值预测方法的可靠性,将试验浇注的铸件剖开,发现宏观上预埋管与浇注本体熔合良好,显微照片显示界面处除少量气孔外,熔合较为理想,因此这是一种有效的数值预测方法。
A numerical prediction method of simulating the filling process by using the Anycasting software and simulating the solidification process by using the Fluent software was put forward, the temperature change at the fixed point on the outer wall of the embedded pipe during the filling and solidification stages of the embedded copper pipe casting process was simulated, and the simulated results were compared with the experimental test results. The comparison results show that the numerical results are in good agreement with the experimental test results, so the numerical calculation results are credible. The macroscopic structure and microphotograph of the casting section interface show that the numerical prediction method is feasible. The fusion between the embedded pipe and the casting body is good, and the micro-interface is ideal except a small number of pores, so this is an effective numerical prediction method for the embedded pipe casting process.
