摘要
近年来,随着欧盟对体育价值的肯定以及为了回应欧洲参考框架下的终身学习核心素养,其体育政策经历了一系列的变革。自欧盟成员国签订里斯本战略以来,出台了各类体育改革计划,逐渐形成了具有欧洲维度的中小学体育课程目标、课程内容和课程评价取向。欧盟各国的体育课程呈现出课程目标设置的核心素养化,重视健康教育的跨学科学习,关注学生发展的顺序性与阶段性,注重课程的衔接性和内在联系性,重视教育的可选择性和公平性的特征。借鉴欧盟成员国先进的体育课程改革理念,可以推动我国更快形成较为合理的体育课程体系,从而促进青少年学校体育的发展。
With the recognition of the value of sports and embracing the age of key competences of lifelong learning under common European framework of reference in recent years, EU went through a series of changes for sports policies. After signed the Lisbon strategy, EU members have introduced different kinds of sports reform plans accordingly. Gradually, the objectives, contents and pupil assessments for physical education curriculum of primary and secondary school of EU member states have been formed with a European dimension. The PE curriculum of EU member states presents the following characteristics: focusing on the key competences of curriculum objectives; emphasizing interdisciplinary learning of health education; emphasizing the order and phase of student development; focusing on the cohesion and hierarchy of curriculum; paying more attention to the fairness and choices of education. Referring to the advanced concept of PE curriculum reform of EU member states, we can promote the formation of a more reasonable physical education curriculum system in our country so as to benefit the development of school sports.
