摘要
基于138份员工一同事配对样本,探究了创造性工作卷入在上下级之间的传递机制。实证分析表明:员工感知的领导创造力期待部分中介领导创造性工作卷入与员工创造性工作卷入之间的正向关系;领导创造力支持不仅调节领导创造力期待与员工创造性工作卷入之间的关系,还调节领导创造性工作卷入通过领导创造力期待影响员工创造性工作卷入的中介作用。
This paper analyzes the trickle-down effect of creative work involvement from leaders to employees by 138 matched samples (employees and their colleagues). Results indicate that, perceived leader creativity expectations partially mediate the positive relationship between leader creative work involvement and employee creative work involvement, while leader creativity supports not only moderate the relationship between perceived leader creativity expectations and employee creative work involvement, but also moderate the indirect effect of leader creative work involvement on employee creative work involvement (via leader creativity expectations).
