摘要
采用半结构访谈、开放式问卷调查和预测试等研究方法,然后根据探索性因素分析结果,确定组织中员工情绪创造力问卷包括情绪准备能力和情绪表达能力2因素,14项目;验证性因素分析表明,2因素模型拟合良好;信效度分析显示,信度、内容效度、效标关联效度和结构效度较好。
This paper establishes dimensional exploration and questionnaire development of employees' emotional creativity in organization by individual interview, focus group interview, open-ended questionnaires and preliminary analysis. And then, it selects 14 items and two factors, which are emotional preparedness capability and emotional expression capability based on the Exploratory Factor analysis. Result of confirmatory factor shows that the model of emotional preparedness capa- bility and emotional expression capability is good fit to the test. Result of reliability and validity analysis show that, employees' emotional creativity questionnaire in organization had rational construction, goodness of fit, acceptable reliabili- ty, content validity, criterion validity, and construct validity.
