GC-MS法分析硫磺熏蒸前后太子参中挥发性成分的变化 被引量:2

Analysis on the change of volatile components in Pseudostellariae Radix before and after sulfur-fumigated process by GC-MS

摘要 目的分析硫磺熏蒸前后太子参中挥发性成分的变化。方法用水蒸气蒸馏法提取硫磺熏蒸前后太子参样品中挥发性成分,用GC-MS法对其挥发性成分进行分离和鉴定;数据经预处理后导入SIMCA-P 11.5软件进行主成分分析(PCA)和偏最小二乘法-判别分析(PLS-DA)。结果硫磺熏蒸前后太子参样品能较为明显的分开;初步筛选并鉴定出硫磺熏蒸前后太子参挥发性成分中20种差异显著的化学成分,其中11种共有的差异成分呈现不同的变化规律。结论为揭示硫磺熏蒸对太子参药材中挥发性成分的影响规律提供基础资料。 Objective To analysis the change of the volatile components extracted from Pseudostellariae Radix before and after sulfur-fumigated process.Methods The volatile components of Pseudostellariae Radix before and after sulfur-fumigated process samples were extracted by water-steam distillation,Separation and identification of volatile components by GC-MS.Data are preprocessed into SIMCA-P 11.5 software for principal component analysis(PCA) and partial least square method-discriminant analysis(PLS-DA).Results The chemical composition of Pseudostellariae Radix before and after sulfur-fumigated process were clearly distinguish among samples.Screening 20 differences in the volatile components of Pseudostellariae Radix before and after sulfur-fumigated process.There were 11 kinds of common difference of volatile components,which showed different change patterns.Conclusion This study will provide a research basis for the differences influence of volatile components in Pseudostellariae Radix before and after sulfur-fumigated process.
