摘要
"取象比类"是中医在整体观察下认识疾病病因病机的一种方法,笔者拟运用取象比类法分析2型糖尿病患的病因病机,从而探讨乌梅丸治疗2型糖尿病合理性。结合现代药理研究,探索临床认识,为防治糖尿病提供一种新的思路,并指出"取象比类"思维方法在现代中医临床中仍具有重要意义。
To take analogy as a method of recognizing the etiopathogenisis of the disease under the overall observation of Chinese medicine,we analyzed the etiology and pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes mellitus by analogy with analogy,and discussed the rationality of Wu Mei Pill in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Combined with modern pharmacological research,to explore clinical understanding,to provide a new idea for the prevention and treatment of diabetes mellitus,and to point out the importance of analogical thinking method in the treatment of modern Chinese medicine.
