摘要
该研究基于孙思邈《备急千金要方》、《千金翼方》,应用"中医传承辅助平台"系统,提取含虻虫、水蛭、土鳖虫、蜈蚣、蛴螬、斑蝥、芫青、蜥蜴、僵蚕、蝉蜕等常见虫类药的方剂,运用软件的关联规则,改进的互信息法等数据挖掘方法,分析含虫类药方剂用药规律。最终纳入方剂95首,涉及中药185味,使用频率最高的前5位中药依次为大黄、虻虫、肉桂、水蛭、桃仁;高频次药物组合包括"水蛭-虻虫""桃仁-虻虫""虻虫-大黄"等,置信度较高的关联规则包括"蜈蚣-藜芦""蜈蚣-水蛭"等;潜在的药物组合包括"葶苈子、杏仁、柴胡、前胡、厚朴"等。
The study was based on Sun Simiao's "Qianjin Fang" and used the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system(TCMISS).Pinworms and other common Chinese herbs of insects were extracted and analyzed with data mining methods,such as association rules,improved mutual information mathod and complex system entropy clustering.Finally,95 prescriptions were included in this study and involved 185 Chinese medicines.The top 5 Chinese medicine most frequently used were rhubarb,pinworm,cinnamon,leeches and peach kernels.The high-frequency drug combinations included "leech-pinworm","peach-pinworm ","Pinworm-rhubarb" and so on.The association rules with higher confidence included "Centipede-Veratrum","Centipede-Leech" etc.Potential drug combinations included " Rickettsia,Almond,Bupleurum,Magnolia" and so on.
