摘要
利用共沉淀法制备了不同Al/Ce比例的Ni-Mg-Al-Ce类水滑石催化剂,协同介质阻挡放电(DBD)等离子体用于甲烷-二氧化碳重整反应。同时,采用XRD,BET,XPS对催化剂进行表征和分析。实验结果表明:Ce的加入使催化剂中存在较多的Ce^(3+)与Ce^(4+),可形成更多的表面氧空位,有利于催化性能的提高。当Ce含量较高时,催化剂的比表面积更大,增加了原料气停留时间和等离子体中高能电子与原料气的碰撞机率。
NiMgAlCe-LDHs catalysts with different Al/Ce ratio were prepared by co-precipitation method. Dielectric barrier discharge(DBD) plasma combined with NiMgAlCe-LDHs was used for the CH4/CO2 reforming. The catalysts were characterized by XRD, BET and XPS. It was found that the addition of Ce caused the presence of more Ce(3+)/Ce(4+)in the catalyst, forming more surface oxygen vacancies, and was beneficial to the catalytic performance. And the higher the content of Ce, the higher the specific surface area of catalyst, which increased residence time of raw gas and the probability of collision between high energy electron and raw gas.
