摘要
煤炭是我国主要化石能源,煤化工工业是我国现代化工的重要支撑。煤化工工艺伴随大量新鲜水的消耗,其中相当一部分成为高含盐水,如何有效处理高含盐水进而对其资源化利用成为难点,同时也是极具价值的课题。实验证明,采用预处理(除硬、除浊、除COD)、深度软化单元(树脂吸附)、深度浓缩单元(GTR、ED)的工艺路线能将煤化工高含盐废水浓缩到22%以上,进而通过MVR多效蒸发回收产品盐实现高含盐废水的资源化利用。
Coal is a main fossil energy in our country, and the coal chemical industry is an important prop for Chinese modern chemical industry. To promote the coordinated development of industrial economy and water resources and environment, "zero emission technology" is popularized in key industries. The membrane concentration technology has the advantages of low cost, large scale and mature technology. High salt wastewater treatment methods used in China include evaporation, crystallization, incineration, ash washing and so on.
