摘要
随着远程在线状态监测系统的不断发展,远程故障诊断在设备的运行管理中,起着不可忽视的作用,为设备的预测维修提供了技术支持。通过对远程振动数据的分析,我们可以判断机组存在的问题及产生原因,确认工艺操作过程中存在的缺陷,并给出工艺调整方案,保证机组的安全运行。
As remote monitoring system develops, remote diagnostic techniques take an important role in equipment management and provide technical assistance for predictive maintenance. We can conclude the malfunction and causes by analyzing remote vibration data of a machine, confirm the defect in operating process and correct it to keep running machines safe.
