摘要
简述了可弃催化剂、过渡金属催化剂、碱金属催化剂以及碱土金属催化剂对石油焦气化反应的影响。四种类型的催化剂对石油焦气化都有催化效果;可弃催化剂具有经济廉价、易获取、不需考虑回收等优点;铁系催化剂具有经济廉价等优点,但其催化活性不高;碱金属盐虽然催化活较好,但存在价格贵、回收闲难、腐蚀气化炉等问题;碱土金属的催化性仅次于碱金属,且对气化炉腐蚀性较小;复合催化剂的协同催化效果大于单种催化剂的催化效果。
The effect of discarded catalyst, transition metal catalyst, alkali metal catalyst and alkaline earth metal catalyst on the gasification reaction of petroleum coke was briefly described in this paper. The four types of catalysts have a catalytic effect on the gasification of petroleum coke. The disposable catalyst is cheap and easy to obtain, without considering recycling. The iron catalyst is also cheap, but its catalytic activity is not high, while the alkali metal salt catalytic activity is better, but its price is higher, and it is difficult to recover the catalyst, at the same time the catalyst can corrode the gasification furnace. The catalytic property of alkaline earth metals is second only to alkali metals, and is less corrosive to the gasification furnace. The synergistic effect of the composite catalyst is greater than that of the single catalyst.
