10万t/a汽油加氢装置国Ⅳ升国Ⅴ改造存在问题研究

Research on the Problems Existing in Reform of 0.1 Mt/a State IV Gasoline Hydrogenation Unit to Produce State V Gasoline

研究了当前10万t/a汽油加氢装置的原料组成性质及各阶段工艺流程,目前装置可生产满足国Ⅳ标准的汽油产品。为满足新的环保要求,需要将汽油产品由目前的国IV升级为国V标准。分析了在满足生产国Ⅴ汽油标准前提下,装置存在的问题。

The raw material composition and the technological processes of 0.1 Mt/a FCC gasoline hydrogenation plant were studied. This plant is able to produce gasoline to meet the state IV gasoline standard. To meet the environment protection requirements, the gasoline product of state IV should be updated into state V. The problems existing in reform of the 0.1 Mt/a state IV gasoline hydrogenation unit to produce state V gasoline were analyzed.
