摘要 随着环保排放标准的日益严格,对储罐排气进行回收和达标治理是十分紧迫的。为了实现储罐排气达标排放,对储罐排气进行密闭收集设计是废气达标治理的关键和前提。在对罐顶排气集中收集的设计过程中,需要核算储罐安全承压、排气量和吸气量,设计合理的氮气保护系统、废气集中收集管网系统及罐区压力平衡系统,确保储罐安全稳定运行。以某炼厂对轻污油罐等排气集中收集为例,在储罐呼吸阀安全工作压力范围内,以保证储罐安全运行和减少氮气消耗,氮气保护压力范围设置为200~600 Pa,储罐排气工作压力范围设置为700~1 200 Pa。 With the increasingly severity of environmental emission standards, it is very urgent to recycle and control the tank exhaust gas. In order to achieve the emission standard of tank, ensuring the tank exhaust gas to be sealed and collected is the key and premise. During the design progress of tank exhaust gas collection, a series of work should be carried out to make sure the safe and stable operation of tank, such as calculating the safety pressure, exhaust volume and absorbed volume of tank, designing reasonable nitrogen protection system, pipe network system of exhaust gas collection and tank pressure balance system. Taking the exhaust gas collection of light slop tanks in a refinery as an example, within the safety pressure range of the tank's breathing valve, to ensure the safe operation of tank and reduce the consumption of nitrogen, the range of nitrogen protection pressure was set to 200~600 Pa, and the working pressure range of the tank was set to 700~1 200 Pa.
