特色小镇:当代中国乡村振兴战略的典型实践

Characteristic Towns: Typical Practice of Rural Revitalization Strategy in Contemporary China

实施乡村振兴,是中共十九大提出的重大战略,意义深远。方兴未艾的特色小镇建设作为乡村振兴的一种探索模式,引起各界特别是学术界的广泛关注。根据中国特色小镇目前的形态,可将其归纳为产业融合模式、文化再造模式、生态宜居模式、社区治理模式等四种典型的特色发展模式。特色小镇模式的发展与创新,有助于促进中国乡村治理体系和治理能力现代化建设,是政府与社会良性互动的共同选择。

The rural revitalization is the major strategy put forward by the Nineteenth People＇s Congress of the Chinese Communist Party. As an exploratory mode of rural rejuvenation,the construction of small towns with burgeoning characteristics has attracted wide attention from all walks of life,especially academia. According to the current form of small towns with Chinese characteristics,it can be summarized as four typical development models of industrial integration,cultural reconstruction,ecological living and community governance. The development and innovation of the model of small towns with special features will contribute to the modernization of China＇s rural governance system and governance capacity,and it is the common choice of the benign interaction between the government and society.
