健脾补肾活血方对脑梗死患者外周血内皮祖细胞含量的影响

Influence of Jianpi Bushen Huoxue Fang treated on peripheral blood endothelial progenitor cells content of cerebral infarct patients

目的:评价健脾补肾活血方治疗脑梗死的临床疗效及其对外周血内皮祖细胞(EPCs)含量的影响。方法:采用随机数字表法把符合标准的72例患者分为治疗组(基础治疗+健脾补肾活血方)和对照组(基础治疗),每组36例,14 d为1个疗程。分别测定2组患者治疗前后中医证候改善量化积分、MBI评分、神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)及外周血EPCs含量变化。结果:治疗后,治疗组外周血EPCs含量、MBI评分升高较对照组更明显,中医证候积分、NIHSS量表评分降低更明显,以上差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:健脾补肾活血方能升高脑梗死恢复期脾肾两虚型患者EPCs水平,明显改善中医证候、临床症状和体征,这可能与其动员骨髓中EPCs和增加外周血EPCs水平,从而促进梗死区血管修复再生。

Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect of the Jianpi Bushen Huoxue Fang treated on cerebral infarct and its influence on the levels of peripheral blood endothelial progenitor cells（ EPCs）. Methods： Will be included in the standard of 72 patients with cerebral infarct according to random number table method were randomly,divided into two average groups including the treatment group and the control group at random. The two groups were both treated with routine western medicine,besides this,the treatment group was dosed the Jianpi Bushen Huoxue Fang additionally,14 days is a period of treatment. Both groups were evaluated with the level of circulating EPCs from venous blood,TCM syndromes＇ score,the NIHSS scale,and MBI scale at the beginning and the end of the treatment. Results： The levels of EPCs and the MBI score of treatment group were improved more obviously than the control group,and the TCM syndromes＇ score and the NIHSS scale score of treatment group were declined more obviously than the control group. The difference was both statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： There are significant therapeutic effects of the Jianpi Bushen Huoxue Fang on patients with cerebral infarction at convalescence（ the type of deficiency of spleen and kidney）,such as improving circulating endothelial progenitor cells,the TCM syndromes,the clinical symptoms and signs of patients. Preliminary discussion that the probable mechanism of significant therapeutic is mobilizing EPCs in the bone marrow to migrate into the blood and homing to damaged tissue at cerebral infarction,therefore boosting repair of damaged blood vessels and angiogenesis of infarct region.
