面部皮肤表面p H值影响过氧苯甲酰凝胶治疗Ⅱ级痤疮疗效的临床观察

Clinical Observation of the Influence of p H Value of Skin Surface on Therapeutic Efficacy of Benzoyl Peroxide Gel on Grade Ⅱ Acne Vulgaris

目的探讨面部皮肤表面pH值对过氧苯甲酰凝胶治疗Ⅱ级痤疮疗效的影响。方法196例寻常痤疮患者,分为低、中、高皮肤表面pH值组,早、晚外用过氧苯甲酰凝胶各1次,6周后评估疗效。结果男女面部皮肤表面pH值差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);男性患者全面部、T形区和女性患者T形区,中、高p H值组的疗效均优于低pH值组(P <0. 05)。结论皮肤表面pH值能显著影响过氧苯甲酰凝胶的疗效,且对男性患者的影响更大。

Objective To study the influence of pH value of facial skin surface on efficacy of Benzoyl peroxide gel in acne treatment. Methods A total of 196 patients with ache vulgaris were divided into low, middle and high skin pH value groups. Benzoyl peroxide gel was used two times a day. The curative effect was evaluated after six weeks. Results There was no difference in facial skin pH value between the male and female patients （P 〉 0. 05 ）. After six weeks of treatment, Benzoyl peroxide gel showed better curative effect on the whole face of male patients, the T shaped area of male and female patients with middle and high pH value than that of patients with low pH value （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Benzoyl peroxide gel had a higher treatment efficacy on patients with moderate and high skin pH value than the patients with lower skin pH value.
