透明质酸修护膜对乳腺癌和食管癌患者放射性皮炎的辅助防护作用 被引量:4

摘要 目的评价透明质酸修护生物膜辅助防护放射性皮炎的有效性及安全性。方法采用随机对照研究,将65例需接受放射性治疗的受试者分为观察组(32例)和对照组(33例),观察组在放射区域外用透明质酸修护生物膜2次/d,连续8周,并在放疗4周、8周后进行皮肤评估。结果 8周后,观察组发生放射性皮炎7例(21. 88%),其中1级5例(15. 63%),2级2例(6. 25%),对照组发生放射性皮炎15例(45. 45%),其中4级1例(3. 03%),3级1例(3. 03%),2级5例(15. 15%),1级8例(24. 24%)。两组比较,观察组放射性皮炎发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。观察组在4周、8周后均未出现生物膜不良反应。结论透明质酸修护生物膜对颈胸部放射性皮炎具有防护作用,且较为安全。 Objective To evaluate the assistant prevention of radiation dermatitis and safety of biomembrane containing hyaluronic acid in patients with breast cancer and esophagus cancer. Methods Sixty-five cases with breast cancer and esophagus cancer were enrolled in the study. They were randomized into experimental group (32 cases) and controlled group (33 cases). For the experimental group,patients were topically treated with the biomembrane containing hyaluronic acid twice daily for eight weeks. After that, the incidence and the severity of radiation dermatitis, clinical symptoms and safety of the products were evaluated on 4week,Sweek. Results After eight weeks of topical applicant of biomembrane, seven patients (21.88%)in the experimental group have radiation dermatitis and 15 patients(45.45% )in the control group. The incidence of radiation dermatitis in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group (P 〈 0.05 ). No adverse reactions were seen in the experimental group during the whole observation. Conclusion Biomembrane containing hyaluronic acid can help the prevention of radiation dermatitis in patients with breast cancer and esophagus cancer, and the treatment is safe.
