摘要
目的研究不同海拔高度和土壤类型的紫丹参主要有效成分含量变化。方法测定海拔高度1 520、2 100、2 400 m以及海拔2 400 m的粘土、砂壤土中丹参酮ⅡA、隐丹参酮、丹参酮Ⅰ、丹酚酸B的含量。结果紫丹参中丹参酮类(丹参酮ⅡA、隐丹参酮、丹参酮Ⅰ)的含量随着海拔高度升高而增加,丹酚酸B的含量受海拔高度影响作用不明显;相同海拔的粘土和砂壤土中丹参酮类和丹酚酸B含量变化大。结论漾濞县核桃林下种植紫丹参应选择海拔2 000 m以上、砂壤土、遮阴度不超过50%的核桃林。
Objective To study the changes of the main effective components of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge in different altitudes and soil types. Methods The content of tanshinone ⅡA, cryptotanshinone, tanshinone I and salvianolic acid B at altitude of 1 520, 2 100, 2 400 m and in clay and sand loam soil of 2 400 m are determined.Results The content of tanshinones in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge increased with altitude, but salvianolic acid B is not affected by altitude. The contents of tanshinones and salvianolic acid B in clay and sandy loam soil at the same altitude varied greatly. Conclusion It is suggested that the under walnut forest planting Salvia miltiorrhizaBunge should choose above 2 000 m altitude and sandy loam soil, shade degree no more than 50 % of the walnut forest in Yangbi County.
