水蒸气蒸馏法提取芹菜籽精油的工艺及精油成分研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的优化水蒸气蒸馏法提取芹菜籽精油工艺,研究芹菜籽精油中的有效成分。方法在采取单因素确定芹菜籽精油提取条件的最佳范围的基础上以响应面法对水蒸气蒸馏提取芹菜籽精油工艺进行优化,GC-MS联用对精油的成分进行检测。结果用水蒸气蒸馏法提取芹菜籽精油的最佳工艺条件:蒸馏时间80 min,液料比7∶1,原料粒度为60目。共检测出82个成分,鉴定出33种有效成分,共占精油的98.153%,主要成分为D-柠檬烯(24.839%)、4(14),11-桉叶二烯(25.12%)、洋川穹内酯A (15.4%)、丁基苯酞(5.633%)等。结论该工艺条件合理可行,可以应用于实际生产之中,芹菜籽精油中含有多种有效成分,如丁基苯肽,为新型药物的开发提供了依据。 Objective To optimize the steam distillation process for extraction of celery seed oil and study the active ingredients in celery seed oil. Methods The extraction condition of essential oil from celery seeds by steam distillation is studied by single factor experiment and further the response surface method, GC-MS is used to detect the composition of essential oils. Results The optimum condition is obtained as follows: distillation time 80 min, liquid ratio 7∶l, particle size 60 meshes. The chemical components of the essential oil are analyzed by GC-MS. And 80 constituents are detected. 33 compounds are identified which account for 98.153 % in essential oil. The main constituents are D-limonene(24.839 %), 4(14), 11-oleodiol(25.12 %), Senkyunolide A(15.4 %), Butyl-phthalide(5.633 %) and so on. Conclusion The process conditions are reasonable and feasible, and can be applied in actual production. The celery seed oil contains many active ingredients, such as butyl phenyl peptide, which provides a basis for the development of new drugs.
