富氢水对^(60)Co照射比格犬急性血液系统损伤的保护作用研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文研究了富氢水对^(60)Coγ射线照射后Beagle犬急性血液系统损伤的保护作用。雄性Beagle犬随机分为对照组、单纯照射组和富氢水干预组。动物经单次2.0 Gyγ射线全身照射后,分别于第2天、第7天,采集动物外周血,检测血液学指标、抗氧化指标、淋巴细胞凋亡率及8-羟基脱氧鸟苷酸(8-OHdG)等。结果表明,在照后第7天,富氢水组红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白含量(HGB)、红细胞压积(HCT)均高于单纯照射组(p<0.01、p<0.05、p<0.05);在照后第2天、第7天,富氢水组血清中总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)均高于单纯照射组(p<0.01,p<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)均低于单纯照射组(p<0.01,p<0.05);在照后第2天、第7天,富氢水组淋巴细胞凋亡率均低于单纯照射组(p<0.05,p<0.01);在照后第7天,富氢水组8-OHdG浓度低于单纯照射组(p<0.05)。以上结果说明,富氢水可通过抗氧化应激、抗凋亡机制改善照后Beagle犬血液系统损伤。 The protective effect of hydrogen rich water on the acute hematological damage of Beagle dogs exposed to^60Coγ ray irradiation was studied. Male Beagle dogs were randomly divided into control group, irradiation group and hydrogen rich water intervention group. After a single irradiation of 2. 0 Gy gamma ray, the peripheral blood of the animals was collected on the 2^nd and the 7^th day. The indexes of hematology, antioxidation, lymphocyte apoptosis rate and 8 -OHdG were detected. The results showed that on the 7^th day after irradiation, RBC, HGB and HCT of the hydrogen rich water group were higher than those of the irradiation group (p 〈 0. 01, p 〈 0. 05, p 〈 0.05) ; on the 2nd day and the 7th day after irradiation, T - AOC of the hydrogen rich water group was higher than that of the irradiated group (p 〈 0. 01, p 〈 0.05 ) , and MDA was lower than that of the irradiation group (p 〈0.01, p 〈0.05) ; on the 2^nd day and the 7^th day after irradiation, lymphocyte apoptosis rate of the hydrogen rich water group was lower than that of the irradiation group (p 〈 0.05, p 〈0.01 ) ; on the 7^th day after exposure, the concentration of 8 - OHdG in hydrogen rich water group was lower than that of the irradiation group (p 〈 0.05). These results indicate that hydrogen rich water can improve the blood index of Beagle dogs by the mechanism of anti oxidative stress and anti apoptosis.
