疑难杂症治疗的开门法之阴阳调引论

Discussion on opening door method in treatment of difficult and complicated diseases: Introduction to interact yin and yang

临床上每每遇见辨证正确而用药效果不显的情况,但换一个思路先服用一两剂药,疗效能够得到大幅提升,这种方法就是中医临床上所谓的开门法。开门法的要义就是交通阴阳,首先出现在《黄帝内经》,是调节阴阳气出入升降的一个大法,在后世很多人运用了此法。张仲景用之治疗因为下之太早出现的心下痞,陈修园在注解《伤寒论》时加以扩展。文章通过总结及自身临床经验对此法进行初步解析,希望能给临床辨证论治提供新思路,提高临床疗效。

Every time we meet the correct syndrome differentiation in the clinic, but the effect of medication does not appear to be the case. But if the patients take one or two doses of medicine first, the efficacy can be greatly improved. This method is the so-called opening door method in the clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）. The main meaning of this method is the interact of yin and yang. It first appeared in the Huangdi Neijing as the main method to regulate the entry and exit of yin and yang. In the application of later clinic, many people used this method. This method was also used by ZHANG Zhong-jing in treating epigastric oppression which was extended by CHEN Xiu-yuan when he commented on Shanghan Lun. By summarizing and analyzing the clinical experience, the article hopes to be helpful to clinical practice and improve the thinking and the effect of syndrome differentiation and treatment.
