Terminology exploration of dose-effect relationship and therapeutic law of traditional Chinese medicine

通过对中医学文献进行认真研读,系统探讨中医学中能够体现临床辨治的量效关系和治疗法度的名词术语。探讨这些名词术语(如轻可去实、重可去怯和药过病所等)的渊源、涵义、后世论述及临床价值。这些理论包涵着浓厚的中医思辨内涵,体现着典型的中医思维特色。这些名词术语反映着中医学量学思维的精粹,饱含着辩证法的光华,彼此之间亦可相互联系,启发融汇。这些研究对中医学定量辨证理论研究和运用、对于临证选方用药和剂量把握均具有重要的指导价值。

Through careful study of Chinese medical literature, this article systematically explored the terminology of traditional Chinese medicine that can reflect the dose-effect relationship and treatment of statutes, and explored the origins, meanings, later generations＇ exposition and clinical value of these terminology（such as expelling the excess with mild diaphoretic, mental disorder may be cured with weighty sedatives and over treating with drug, etc.）. These theories contain a strong connotation of Chinese medicine and reflect the typical characteristics of TCM thoughts. These terms reflect the essence of TCM＇s quantitative thoughts and are full of dialectic brilliance. They can also be connected to each other to inspire and integrate. These studies have important guiding value for the research and application of quantitative syndrome theory of traditional Chinese medicine, and for the application of prescription drugs and dose control.
