以3个慢病专项的实证研究为例评价中医慢病防治成果质量评价方法的适用性

Application of the quality evaluation method of chronic disease achievements of traditional Chinese medicine: Three empirical researches of chronic disease

目的:通过前期建立的"中医慢病防治成果质量评价方法"评价3个中医慢病课题中11个中医慢病防治成果,寻求生产质量好的中医慢病防治成果项目,为后续中医慢病防治成果研究提供策略性研究。方法:将前期建立的"中医慢病防治成果质量评价方法",以100分赋值建立专家评分表,以价值契合度值分析成果的价值,以质量百分比(Q值)评价成果质量,评价分析3个中医慢病专项研究中11个研究成果的价值和质量。结果:3个课题11个中医慢病防治成果生产项目,"中医治疗早期COPD稳定期方案的临床研究及疗效评价"优等级,其余项目成果生产的质量良好,结合价值维度分析"中医治疗早期COPD稳定期方案的临床研究及疗效评价"成果生产契合度较高,其余成果价值契合度不高,两者结果大致吻合。结论:"中医治疗早期COPD稳定期方案的临床研究及疗效评价"成果生产质量良好以及成果价值契合度高,由此可见中医慢病成果的质量和价值因素,既取决方案设计、伦理审核、国际注册、质量控制等,又要注重成果的内部真实性、外部真实性及经济性的一致。

Objective： Eleven chronic disease achievements from 3 empirical research of chronic disease as research subject, the research evaluated the chronic disease achievements based on the quality evaluation method for the chronic disease achievements of traditional Chinese medicine on previous study. Aiming to provide strategic suggestions for the chronic disease achievements. Methods： Based on the quality evaluation method for the chronic disease achievements of traditional Chinese medicine on previous study, this study established expert assessment with 100 points and use value fit and percentage method（the value of Q） to evaluate the quality of 11 chronic disease achievements from 3 empirical research. Results： In the production of 11 chronic disease achievements, ＇the clinical research and efficacy of the treatment for early COPD of TCM＇ was evaluated optimal level, as well the rest projects were good results. Combining with the value analysis, the result of ＇the clinical research and efficacy of the treatment for early COPD of TCM＇ fitted well and the 2 results were roughly in line with each other. Conclusion： The quality and value of achievement from ＇the clinical research and efficacy of the treatment for early COPD of TCM＇ is good. Therefore, the quality and value of chronic disease achievements mainly depend on the ethical review, clinical registration, design of research, as well as paying attention to internal validity and external economy of research results.
