摘要
国医大师周信有教授学术理论精辟,临证经验丰富,文章通过整理研究周信有教授著作文献及大量的原始医案,总结了周信有教授治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的理法方药特点。周信有教授认为正虚、湿浊、瘀血是慢性肾小球肾炎的病理症结之所在,临证须四诊合参,证症结合,治疗当扶正、利湿、祛瘀三法并重,气、血、水同治,处方药简功著,其效非凡。
TCM master professor ZHOU Xin-you has incisive academic theories and abundant clinical experiences. This article summarizes principle medical characteristics of professor ZHOU Xin-you in treating chronic glomerulonephritis by arranging the medical notes and related literature from professor ZHOU Xin-you. Professor ZHOU Xin-you thinks there are three points in the pathological syndrome of chronic glomerulonephritis, which are vital qi deficiency, damp-turbid and blood stasis. Based on comprehensive analysis of data gained by four diagnostic methods and combine syndrome and symptom, in treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis, professor ZHOU Xin-you emphasizes on methods of strengthening, removing damp-turbid and blood stasis and treating qi, blood and water together. The prescription rule is convenient, specialized and good effect.
