黄芪建中汤临床应用及理论探析

黄芪建中汤出自张仲景的《金匮要略》,主治"虚劳里急,诸不足"。然"诸不足"一说较为笼统,限制了该方的应用。文章从疾病发生的病因病机入手,通过方药探讨黄芪建中汤的适应证,认为该方可于治疗脾胃疾病、多汗类疾病、虚劳性疾病、肺系疾病、妇科疾病及痹证等多种临床疾病,不仅扩大了其适应证,更能指导多变的临床进行正确的辨证论治,具有良好的现实意义。

Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction, which is recorded in Synopsis of the Golden Chamber, mainly treats ＇consumptive disease and other insufficient diseases＇. Since the expression ＇insufficient diseases＇ is too general, the application of this prescription has been limited. This paper will explore the indication of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction through the prescription, which starts from the etiology and pathogenesis. And then puts forward the idea that this prescription can be used to treat clinical diseases such as spleen and stomach disease, hyperhidrosis disease, consumptive disease, lung system disease, gynecological diseases, arthralgia, etc, which not only expands Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction＇s indications, but also guides the correct clinical diagnosis and treatment in varied clinical practice, and it has a good practical significance.
