试析艾灸的质与量

Discussion on the quality and quantity of moxa-wool moxibustion

艾灸作为古老的一种中医疗法,以丰富的作用形式、突出的疗效广泛应用于临床。而实践证实,艾灸治疗如同药物疗法,存在着量与效的关系,不同的艾灸参数,产生不同的临床效应。众多学者围绕艾灸的作用形式、作用特征、治疗参数、临床效应及作用机制等各方面,研究颇丰。笔者结合近年相关报道,围绕艾灸疗法的质与量的关系,试作总结探析。

As a kind of traditional Chinese medicine therapy, moxa-wool moxibustion is widely used in clinical practice with diverse form and outstanding curative effect. It has confirmed that as drug therapy, there is a relationship between quantity and effect of moxa-wool moxibustion therapy, and different parameters of moxa-wool moxibustion can result in different clinical effects. Many scholars have done a lot of researches on the form, function, treatment parameters, clinical effect and mechanism of moxibustion. In this paper, we aimed at summarizing and discussing the relationship between the quality and quantity of moxawool moxibustion therapy combined with recent reports.
