何首乌不同炮制时间与方式的薄层特征图谱鉴别 被引量:9

Identification study on TLC characteristic chromatogram in fleeceflower root with different processing time and mode

摘要 目的:建立生何首乌与不同炮制方式制何首乌的薄层特征图谱。方法:采用薄层层析法,以三氯甲烷∶甲醇∶水(6.5∶2.25∶0.42,V/V)为展开剂,取出晾干后于紫外灯下366nm观察各样品与生、制何首乌对照药材,二苯乙烯苷,大黄素8-O-β-D葡萄糖苷,大黄素甲醚8-O-β-D葡萄糖苷,大黄素,大黄素甲醚对照品的比较结果。结果:生品与生何首乌对照药材薄层特征明显,与生品相比,制何首乌二苯乙烯苷、大黄素8-O-β-D葡萄糖苷、大黄素甲醚8-O-β-D葡萄糖苷斑点颜色减弱,大黄素、大黄素甲醚斑点颜色增强。本方法可以区分常压清蒸与高压清蒸何首乌,可以区分常压蒸制何首乌时是否添加辅料。结论:建立了生何首乌与不同炮制方式制何首乌的TLC特征图谱。 Objective: To establish the TLC characteristic chromatograms of the crude fleecelower root and prepared fleeceflower root. Methods: Through the TLC method and the proportion of trichloromethane : methanol : water(6.5 : 2.25 : 0.42, V/V) as the expansion agent, the compared effects of specimens and crude and prepared fleeceflower root were observed in stilbene glycoside, emodin-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, emodinmethylether-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, emodin and emodinmethylether in the 366 nm ultraviolet lamp after the drying. Results: The TLC identification for the crude and crude fleeceflower root were obvious. Compared with the crude, thespot color of the prepared fleeceflower root was receded in stilbene glycoside, emodin-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, emodinmethylether-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, but enhanced in emodin and emodinmethylether. This method can distinguish the ordinary pressure steamed and high pressure of fleeceflower root, and whether auxiliary materials were added when ordinary pressure steamed. Conclusion: It has established the TLC characteristic chromatogram of the crude and prepared fleeceflower root with different processing time and mode.
