归经中药化学成分、药理作用及临床应用的实证分析

Empirical analysis of the channel tropism traditional Chinese medicine in chemical constituent, pharmacological effects and clinical application

目的:针对筛选的416味归心、肝和肺经中药的化学成分、药理作用以及临床应用,分析三者之间的相互关系,探究中药归经脏腑经络理论的科学性。方法:采用频数统计、对应分析、特征选择、关联分析等方法,对不同归经中药的三者关系进行分析。结果:归心经中药萜类、黄酮类、挥发油类成分有抗乏氧、扩张冠状动脉、增加脑血管流量、抗心律不齐、抗炎等药理作用,治疗冠心病、动脉粥样硬化、脑血管病和发热等病症效果显著;归肝经中药黄酮类、有机酸类、萜类成分有抗炎、抗菌、解热镇痛等药理作用,治疗中医"中焦"脏腑的各种病症效果显著;归肺经中药黄酮类、挥发油类、苷类、萜类成分有抗菌、抗炎、抗病毒等药理作用,治疗咳喘、各种感冒等病症效果显著。结论:归经中药的化学成分、药理作用以及临床应用三者之间存在明确的相互关系,为经典的中药归经理论赋予现代中药的研究成果,完善了中药的归经理论。

Objective： According to the chemical constituent, pharmacological effect and clinical application in the selected 416 tastes of traditional Chinese medicine which belonged to heart, liver and lung, the relationship of them were analyzed to explore the scientific of the channel tropism and zang-fu viscera channel theory. Methods： The method of frequency statistics, corresponding analysis and association rules were applied to analyze the relationship of different channel tropisms traditional Chinese medicine. Results： The traditional Chinese medicine of heart channel of terpenoid, flavonoid and volatile oils had pharmacological effects such asanti-hypoxia, dilated coronary artery, increasing cerebrovascular flow, antiarrhythmic, antiinflammatory and others, and it was effective in treating coronary heart disease, atherosclerosis, cerebrovascular disease and fever. The traditional Chinese medicine of liver channel of flavonoid, organic acids and terpenoid had anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, antipyretic analgesic and other pharmacological effects, which showed significantly effects in the treatment of various disease of ＇middle jiao＇ zang-fu viscera. The traditional Chinese medicine oflung channel of flavonoid, volatile oils, glycosides and terpenoid had anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory, and anti-virus with other pharmacological effects, that it had significantly effects in the treatment of cough and all kinds of common cold. Conclusion： It has explicit interrelation of channel tropism traditional Chinese medicine in chemical constituent, pharmacological effects and clinical application, and it provides fresh and valuable research achievement to the classic channel tropism theory of the traditional Chinese medicine and perfect theory of channel tropism of the traditional Chinese medicine.
